Marilyn is a graduate of the New York University School of Law, where she was Articles Editor of the Law Review. After law school she clerked for a federal district court judge in the Southern District of New York and worked in the litigation department of a major New York law firm.

Marilyn is a member of the National Speakers Association. She has earned the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation—the highest earned level of recognition that a professional speaker can achieve. Currently, fewer than 17% of the 5000+ worldwide members of the National Speakers Association have earned this prestigious designation. A CSP is a speaking professional with proven experience who knows how to deliver client satisfaction.

Marilyn is based in New York City and enjoys traveling to meet her clients around the United States.
